Divoro is a growing MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) in the Cybersecurity space.

Your responsibilities will be:
➢ Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance and privacy program that aligns with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

➢ Proofreads edits and checks documents for accuracy and consistency (MSAs, NDAs, BAAs, DPAs, SCCs, etc.).

➢ Reviews contracts for completeness, proper date/signature, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws and internal operational requirements

➢ Ensures that all documents within the contract package are included and accurately disclosed.
➢ Manage and oversee third-party vendor relationships to ensure privacy and security requirements compliance.

➢ Performs legal research.

➢ Assures fulfillment of GDPR compliance needs.

➢ Reviews data protection policies and contracts.

➢ Assists with the fulfillment of CCPA, NIS, and HIPAA compliance requirements.

➢ Communicates with various departments.
 

Requirements:
➢ Proven experience (5+ years) in a security compliance or privacy role, preferably working directly with contract law (US, UK, EU).

➢ Excellent verbal and written English skills. 

➢ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or information technology. A master's degree or professional certifications in compliance or privacy is preferred.

➢ Experience with GDPR contracts and GDPR compliance. 

➢ Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training materials related to security compliance and privacy.

➢ High attention to detail, outstanding time management skills. 

➢ Good organization skills.

➢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security situations, identify risks, and propose effective solutions.

➢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex security and privacy concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
