Oded Noy is a Technology Advisor with over twenty years of managerial and leadership experience as a founder and executive in technology. Oded is the co-founder, managing partner, and chief technologist at Amplify, a leading accelerator for technology and media companies in Los Angeles, CA, and is a co-founder and chairman of the Los Angeles CTO Forum.

Oded is also the co-founder and CTO of TargetClose, a customer acquisition platform that leverages its proprietary technology and advanced analytics to engage customers with the most relevant digital experience. Prior to Amplify and TargetClose, Oded co-founded TrueCar.com (NASDAQ: TRUE), an automotive Internet technology and service company that transformed the online car buying experience.

Under Oded's innovative leadership, TrueCar won the 2006 InfoWorld Most Innovative IT Project award for its SOA initiative. The patents he created secured the company's competitive position in the marketplace. Select clients include CapitalOne, USAA, Overstock, and AAA Clubs. Known as a technology innovator, Noy holds 6 technology patents. Oded also served as a fighter pilot in the Israeli air force.
